TAKE DOWN PROCEDURES FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

The Music Page Pty Ltd ACN 123 741 613 ("the Music Page") is licensed by the Australasian Performing Right Association Limited ("APRA") and the Australasian Mechanical Copyright Owners Society Limited ("AMCOS") in relation to the communication of APRA musical works and the reproduction of AMCOS musical works hosted on this website.

If you feel that any of the material hosted on this website infringes your intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright) please contact APRA/AMCOS via telephone on +612 9935 7900 or email: apra@apra.com.au.

Alternatively, you may contact the Music Page at Level 1 43 Royal Pde Parkville Victoria 3052 Australia and and ask the Music Page to issue a Take Down Notice ("TDN") in relation to the infringing material. When contacting the Music Page, please have the following information ready in order for the Music Page to act on a TDN:


  • Name or company name, address and contact details;

  • a full description of the infringing material, including the section of the site on which it appears, and the corresponding URL;

  • a full description of the work(s) over which you claim a right of ownership or exclusivity (such as the title of the musical work, the names of the writers and names of the artist or band who performs the work, and the record label or publisher); and

  • identifying information sufficient to prove a claim of ownership or exclusivity in relation to the infringing material.


By contacting the Music Page and requesting a TDN, you agree to take no further action against the Music Page in relation to the infringing material if it complies with your request. You also consent to the Music Page consulting with APRA/AMCOS in relation to any TDN issued to the Music Page by yourself.

Counter-notices or claims will be handled by comparing documentation or evidence to prove ownership or exclusivity and engaging in further consultation with APRA and/or AMCOS. The Music Page accepts no responsibility for its actions in relying on the validity or invalidity of evidence submitted by a party or a competing claim.

The Music Page will use its best endeavours to ensure that any valid TDN results in the removal of the infringing material within 24 hours of being issued. The Music Page will keep you informed of the progress and status of the TDN at the end of this period.
