On-Line Content

Refunds will only be granted through use of the Refund Application Process and in the following circumstances.

If the content paid for is not made available to the user, a full refund will be granted.
If the user has not listened to the content:

  • If the content is live, no refund will be made.
  • If the content is on-demand, the user will be given access to the recorded content at a time of their choosing.
